Avui la N\u00faria ofereix diferent tipus de sessions terap\u00e8utiques per aconseguir objectius concrets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dance2Connect:\u00a0<\/strong>Treball grupal amb m\u00fasica i moviment on treballem els fonaments d\u2019un mateix (seguretat, autoestima,&#8230;) i \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 la relaci\u00f3 amb els altre (comunicaci\u00f3, amor,..).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tango2Connect <\/strong>i<strong>\u00a0Kizomba2Connect<\/strong>: Mitjan\u00e7ant dos balls de parella, el Tango o b\u00e9 la Kizomba, treballarem la relaci\u00f3 de dues persones per arribar <strong>a<\/strong> una complicitat i connexi\u00f3 profunda de parella.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ter\u00e0pia Corporal:<\/strong> Es profunditza individualment amb temes concrets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquest treball, aparentment l\u00fadic, t\u00e9 un impacte molt profund en l\u2019individu, no nom\u00e9s en la manera que s\u2019encara la vida, sin\u00f3 amb la relaci\u00f3 amb un mateix, els altres i l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<p>Conclou dient: \u201cLa dansa \u00e9s terap\u00e8utica perqu\u00e8 quan ens movem posem en moviment emocions, sentiments, creences, desitjos, records,&#8230;
